The License Link Plus customer authorizes WIA to file license request forms with the FCC, without the original signature, when WIA receives an application electronically from the License Link Plus customer. The License Link Plus customer also ensures that they are in compliance with the procedures set forth by WIA with regard to the applicant’s signature. A brief summary of those procedures is outlined below.

1. The License Link Plus customer will obtain a signed FCC License Applicant Letter of Authorization from each FCC license applicant prior to the electronic submission to WIA.
2. The above signed authorizations will be kept on file in the License Link Plus customer's office and will be made available should there be a requirement of proof.
3. The License Link Plus customer understands that this signed statement will be made available should there be a requirement for proof.
